How many brothas fell victim to tha streetz
Rest in peace young nigga,
There's a Heaven for a 'G'
Be a lie, if I told ya that I never thought of death
My niggas, we tha last ones left
But life goes on

Yes Tupac, life goes on, for most of us anyways. Thanks to rappers like Tupac, Snoop Dogg, and Dr. Dre (not a real doctor), I was always down with the West Side sound. I always thought East Side rap was a bunch of posers frontin' on wealth in a way that was rather pedestrian for the harsh sounds of rap. After all, if you're going to scream rhymes, they had better be the raw rhymes of the street touching on gang bangin, killin, and dope dealin. Well as time passes and these icons of the 90's become increasingly old school, we get to learn more about the events of their lives. If you get the chance, check out this must-read on the 1994 Tupac attack that triggered the east-coast/west-coast feud.

What I found most amazing was the amount of culpability placed right on P-Diddy.
